Over and over as I walk with God through the wilderness of my life, He delivers His messages through music. A song from the radio. A song from my iPod. A song I just woke up with and found perpetually stuck on 'repeat' in my mind all day long.
In a way that is almost incomprehensible, music touches my soul like no other art form. It is God's way of whispering truth to my ears and encouraging my easily discouraged heart. His way of delivering me from the wilderness of confusion, lies and deception that threaten to overtake my spirit.
It is my prayer that these songs would also encourage you as you wander the wilderness of your heart. May they beckon you to look beyond the wilderness planted by Satan's lies, instead look up into the face of the One who calls you, "Beloved."
